Dear International Customers,
We're hyped on the fact you're supporting Sloppydays in whatever far away part of the world your abode may be. However, international shipping through the U.S. Postal Service is expensive, especially with tracking, which is the only way we will ship. If we use cheap shipping methods without tracking, we are essentially throwing your package in a hole and hoping it ends up on the opposite side of the earth, with no ability to see where it is, or if it even arrived. Sorry, our shipping policy outside of the U.S. is not negotiable, both to protect your items/money and ourselves.
On the plus side, the only method the USPS provides of tracking international packages is Express Mail, which means you will get your items quickly, customs delays withstanding.
We do not offer returns, our apologies.
We still want our customers to be happy. The only we can facilitate a return is if you were sent the incorrect item, or if the item is defective. If that is the case, please contact us @ email@example.com .
